Shipping policy

Standard shipping within Canada is free for all eyeglass and sunglass orders, or contact lens orders of 4 boxes or more in the same order. There is a $10 charge for standard shipping within Canada for contact lens orders of less than 4 boxes (unless there is a promotion on our site stating otherwise). Expedited shipping, tracking insurance, signature by receiver and other extras on top of standard shipping are not included. 

Shipping to countries outside of Canada can be arranged at a higher rate to be determined by Richmond Optometry. Please contact us for a quote. The customer will be responsible for all duties/fees/taxes that may be added before the product is received. 

Return shipping back to Richmond Optometry for exchanges or refunds is the responsibility of the customer. The customer must take all precautions to ensure the product is safely returned to us in its original condition. This includes using the correct packaging and using a reliable, established service such as Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, DHL, or Purolator.
